Refund & Return Policy

Each piece offered through Awaken Love is born from reflection, creativity, and care. We invite you to read this policy gently and fully before completing your purchase.

Books & Art Prints

Our books and art prints are intimate works—meant to be held, felt, and lived with. Because of their nature, all sales of books, art prints, and limited-edition or signed pieces are final. Once they leave our hands, they begin a journey that cannot be undone.

Merchandise

For select merchandise items (such as apparel or accessories), we honor returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item remains unworn, unused, and unaltered

  • It is returned in its original condition and packaging

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

We ask that these items return to us just as they arrived—untouched, whole, and ready for their next home.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives not as intended—damaged, defective, or incorrect—please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a few clear photos, and we will make it right with care, whether through a replacement or a refund.

Digital Offerings

All digital items (when available) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as their journey begins immediately upon receipt.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days after the item is received and lovingly reviewed.
